| About: |
 This class will provide students with a basic introduction to glass blowing and lamp working skills. Planned projects include hanging ornaments, pendants, and mandril beads. The class is challenging and very hands-on. Students are encouraged to bring their own ideas. All materials and equipment will be supplied for class participation

| Instructor: |
 Ben Leonard has developed his glass blowing ability through intensive study programs with Sue Ellen Fowler (The Queen of color), Eric Goldschmidt of the Corning Museum of Glass, and Alex Hamilton a renowned Canadia n glass blower.
Ben is a local artist, proudly working in the Elmwood district. He has been giving glass demonstrations and lessons for the last 5 years. A true example of the infamous Elbert Hubbard Motto “Blessed is the man who has found his work”. Ben loves what he does and is blessed to be able to make a living doing it.
